Positive: The pool looked clean and beautiful. The room was ok. I stayed for a week and did not have running water for two mornings and there is no phone in the room to call the front desk to report this which was not good.

Negative: The internet did not work so i had no internet connectivity for the entire week. I was not given an option for paid internet. Breakfast was very limited with the same breakfast offerings every day. Coffee was weak instant coffee from a coffee machine, limited fruit (only banana available on some days) and fruit salad that largely consisted of canned fruit salad. You must rent a car if you plan to stay here as it is quite a distance from any other amenities. There is an ocean view but no beach - there is a key to unlock a fence to get to the ocean but there are rocks and water and no beach sand that one would associate. Service was ok.

Summary: My stay was ok though the hotel could improve on service and offerings

Positive: It is a little paradise with very nice hosts. Super comfortable and easy going. Every evening as well as morning something else to eat (also Vegetation option).

Positive: Staff were amazing, helpful, informative, accommodating. Sorted hire car for us (dropped to hotel, picked up at different location) Loved the pool area, sunbeds, hammocks! Breakfast was great! Thank you :)

Negative: Seafront room was amazing, but bed was very hard/uncomfortable. Fantastic place in ever other way, so a shame about the bed - sleep is important!

Positive: All the staff are lovely and friendly. Beautiful surroundings. Gardens and trees are lovely. Everything is in great condition. The food at the hotel is great and healthy. Bed was very comfortable. Our 2 bedroom suite was roomy. Lovely views out to sea and the sunsets can be awesome over the Indian Ocean.

Negative: Nothing. It was great.

Positive: Helpful and friendly reception especially when booking taxis. But villa Needs updating. Towels tho clean are old. Strings hanging out. Broken tiles, torn rugs, even shower rack for shampoo was broken. Breakfast since only 1-2staff not enough for guests coming same time. Made to order so only 6 small pancakes at a time. Bacon and eggs came late pancakes were already done. Not enough jugs of water had to keep on asking for refill which they had to get from main house. Cats and dog around while eating. This is more like a big house turned family run hotel.

Negative: Old needs updating. Be ready for breakfast add more staff to help cook and clear tables and refill water. Keep the cats n dog away from eating area. Throw away old towels rugs etc.

Summary: Okay for 1 night and if travelling on a budget
