Positive: Our hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They were available to answer questions and provide suggestions both before and during our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was beautifully clean, well furnished and had everything that was needed for our stay. The location was very quiet, which was what we wanted, with direct access to the beach. Easy access to local shops and restaurants if you are willing to walk 10 - 15 minutes. Taxis are readily available and reasonably priced if you don't have a rental car. Highly recommend the property and the location.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like. Our hosts were very open to suggestions to improve their offer. We made a couple of very minor suggestions such as reusable plastic glasses to be used around the pool rather than glass purely from a safety perspective - we had children in our group. Our host welcomed our feedback. This was a very minor point and this was one of the very best accommodations that we have stayed in.

Summary: Fabulous property, beautiful location and wonderful hosts - thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Positive: Great house, super location. Quiet area, but still 4 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Closest restaurant is about 5 minutter walk from the property. Pool was well maintained and water was clean. Direct access to the beach, so it is very easy to take a swim in the sea. Sea water is also super clean and nice. Aircondition worked in all rooms, so we could take a break from the almost 40 degree Celsius outside when needed. We loved the big outdoor kitchen/living room area where we did almost all the cooking and eating

Negative: Kitchen wear and tools were very basic. Everything was there, but most of it was a little worn out.

Positive: Our visit to Villa Ammos was absolutely perfect. In real life, the place looks as stunning as it does on the pictures. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable, the outside area was a great place to relax, cook, shower and socialise & the staircase down to the quiet beach was super convenient. We had a fantastic week of rest & relaxation at Villa Ammos, and would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the south of Crete.
