Positive: The magic of the balcony on the sea, and the 2 minutes to be in the water. It was also easy to get around, like in Siracusa or on nice beaches around.

Negative: There is a party beach approx 3-4 kilometers away, and the (shi%=y) music until past midnight is not the best. The stairway for the mezzanine also requires to be careful.

Positive: The location is absolutely stunning! The first bedroom has wonderful views and is fine. The property was clean.

Negative: The outside area looked past its sell-by date. Outside furniture was not brilliant. The second bedroom is in the roof and has steep steps and very little headroom. The kitchen is not well stocked - one small sharp knife.
