Summary: It is an amazing property and fit our needs well. My only complaint was the watering of the outdoor plants. The water pooled on the stairs in the entryway and made it slippery and I did slip and take a nasty fall. However, that aside, the property is exactly as advertised and very comfortable with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. I do recommend it, just watch your step.

Summary: We were a group of 8, coming from different locations to spend 3 nights at the apartment before a cruise. The apartment was spacious and comfortable although a bit vertical, having multiple levels. The elevator came in handy. Alexandra and Nandia were very responsive to all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the apartment and the apartment to the cruise terminal. That was very helpful. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to 2 nearby subway stations providing easy access to the places we wanted to see in Athens. Overall it was a very good experience.

Summary: Being able to walk to so many interesting sights, and having a grocery and fabulous affordable restaurants nearby added so much to the already benefit of staying in a spacious and clean villa. And the managers were instantly responsive with answers to any question I asked about the villa or surrounds. We were a party of seven adults. I'd recommend this to anyone. Great place!

Summary: The property was very nice, clean and secure. The elevator was a very nice feature. The neighborhood was not in the best area, but there were good restaurants and bakery close by. The property is best accessed by foot as it was hard to get close with a vehicle. The host had excellent recommendations and was extremely accommodating.

Summary: The place is massive and amazing. It was really clean, in a quiet area and close to shops. The host is very helpful and has great communication. The roof top deck and elevator were a huge hit. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are some of the best we experienced during our stay in Athens. Would definitely recommend this place.
