Positive: The all-around ambiente and house were just phenomenal for a young group of adults. We had everything we needed to fully outlive and enjoy our trip and holiday at the villa Alice. Our hostess was very warmwelcoming and right there if we needed her. The pool and the outdoor were perfect. Enough space to play games that need a lot of space (spikeball).

Negative: I wouldn't say I disliked it but it was a little bit bothering because it has nothing to do with the owner and isn't her fault but my tip would be to bring a lot of autan or mosquito spray because they like the warm and the moist around the pool.

Positive: The host was lovely, very caring and dutiful. Her house was really special with great gardens and swimming pool.

Negative: Some of us did struggle a little at night without air-conditioning, but we did go during a weather warning, so was expected. The house was otherwise very cool during the day. Lots of mosquitos and ants.

Summary: Lovely house, lovely host. Would recommend.

Positive: The location was good for us as we are happy to walk to places, there were good public transportation options and a decent supermarket close by. The pool was a good size for swimming on the days the weather was nice enough to. The gardens were huge and well kept. The host was very friendly and available to us when needed.

Negative: The property was cold at times (the owner informed us that it is not permitted to use the heating after mid-April). We did not have enough clean towels and could only use the washing machine after 8pm so could not dry them if we had washed them ourselves. The access to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom was tricky using a ladder.

Summary: A lovely villa in beautiful surroundings.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alice. The house is beautiful and has an even more beautiful garden with pool. The owner was super friendly and always there for us. She made us an incredibly delicious tiramisu. We would come back anytime.
