Positive: The villa was very beautiful. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and how clean was the villa. It was very quiet and remote, but also 15 minutes walk from the center of Vasiliki. Nikoleta made us feel very welcome and made sure we have everything we needed and also left as some gifts in the fridge. We mainly stayed at the villa pool. Also went one time to Porto Katsiki, which was very beautiful, but pretty wild. We would be very happy to return in the future.

Positive: The host Nikolita and her father Spiros, gave a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Nikolita was very helpful before we arrived with date changes and arranged a taxi from the ferry for us. They brought fresh linen and towels regularly, and Spiro's even arrived with fresh cherries and flowers one day. We rented both Villas for our family get together and it was perfect for this. The villas were spotlessly clean as were the pools. The kitchens were well stocked and the air con was good although we didn't use it much as set back slightly in land is cooler with a night time breeze. We loved being set back on the outskirts of town where it was peaceful and private amongst the olive groves. We borrowed some of their bikes which was handy for nipping to the lovely near by bakery etc. We hired a car and mopeds from Alex on several occasions (again highly recommended) and windsurf and winging kit from Club Vass. Lefkas is beautiful and it is worth hiring a car to look around e.g. Sivota bakery for breakfast. We loved using the BBQ area on several occasions. It was wonderful to use a family owned villa who are locals and know the area. Don't hesitate to book! Thank you Nikolita and Spiros

Negative: Little to say for the Villa. For restaurants in town it can be worth booking a few days in advance if you have a larger party.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the property! The access to the pool was great, and it was cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. The house was spotless, with air conditioning in every room, making our stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and always made sure everything was going well. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Vasiliki (15 minute walk), which was perfect for us. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended!

Positive: The house was very clean and well organized. Every utility was included, there was nothing missing. The owners were very friendly, both Nikoletta and her father. We definitely recommend it 10/10, the supermarket, bakery, gas station and the beach were very close to the house.

Negative: Absolutely nothing bad about it.

Positive: The location was merely excellent for us – only 1,3 km from Vasiliki harbor with plenty of restaurants, cafes and tavernas – great choice of gastro experiences ranging from local traditional food to pizza and crepes. Nearest supermarket Nikos is less than 500 meters. You do need a car in this location, but we travelled by car anyways. While being very conveniently located, the house is in a very quiet (around 300 meters from the nearest road) and ambient location – very few people around, silent at nice – great place to relax in the morning and after all day at sea. There are 2 detached similar houses on the land plot with entrances opposite to each other, with common outside area. We stayed for 6 nights and not a single time experienced any feeing of having neighbors too close to our house. There is plenty of terraces on the ground and 1st floor, spacious barbeque area with summer kitchen and outside shower. The hostess (Nicoletta and her father Spyros) are very friendly, attentive people and professional people, who take their work very seriously. We were very much surprised with how well the house is equipped and well maintained. The house if very specious – 5 of us stayed there (my wife, 2 of our sons 10-13 and our older sone of 23). We definitely recommend this accommodation! Should we visit Lefkada again, we will certainly try to stay in this location again.

Positive: The position is very good in a quiet street, 5 min by car from Vasiliki and a 10 min walk. The host is very nice and a lovely girl. The house has everything you may need, perfectly stocked. It is very clean and comfortable. We loved our experience here and truly recommend it if you plan to come to Lefkada. A big thank you to our host!!!
