Summary: Franklin was outstanding

Summary: The shower water was very little. Also the bed was supposed to be 2 single, but was not prepared. The breakfast was very good. The location was very difficult to fine from the google map.

Summary: Villa Abbamer is like a little museum with interesting art and objects around every corner. We would have liked to explore more, but our stay was brief. Very comfortable and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Nice bed and breakfast with room for improvement. The place is quiet and peaceful with a comfortable bed. Slept very well, which is important. Not so many restaurants in a walkable distance, so ended up with driving to the nearby towns for dinner. When it comes to the breakfast, there is huge room for improvement. Quite disappointed with this, and it is one of the reasons why we booked this place. The breakfast contains mainly of cookies and sweet juices, so if you’re in for a sugar rush in the morning, this is the place for you. We were hoping to get some local products and maybe some fresh bread, but the reality was cakes from the grocery store, cheese and sausage.

Summary: Nice hotel with comfy rooms. Free parking which was great. We never found their resturant, even after asking the staff, but the neighbouring hotel had a great restaurant and it is close to many other places. Car is recommended when staying here.

Summary: The hotel was excellent. Just beautiful and staff when we checked in was great. Breakfast was very good. A little to far from main sites in Rome as only transpot was taxi, 50 min away. No places to eat right around there as have to have reservations and limited open ti.e. only complaint was staff wouldnt open door at 6:20 in morning, we were locked inside, taxi coming at 6:30, had to wake up staff and he wouldnt open door, not sure what that was about but had to get really forcefull to get him to open it.

Summary: It was great to stay here the staff and management are awesome they took care of us from A-to-Z my family enjoyed here specially sitting in the morning in the garden with the beautiful trees and flowers make it a great experience.
