Positive: We spent 4 nights at the property. Mauricio the owner is amazing - reluctant to help and advise. The room was big, and the panorama from the porch is fantastic. the location is good with multiple resturants within 15 min drive.

Negative: the shower was very old, although clean. it sprayed water outside and it made us laugh, but I guess some people can find it annoying. in 2 out of 3 breakfast we had the Italian breakfast due to missing staff. for us it was OK, but I guess it can impact satisfaction for some.

The property is spectacular – beautifully maintained and set in a tranquil location just outside of Rome, it feels like a true escape from the city. What really made the experience extra special, was Maurizio. He was such a lovely host, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, and his warmth made us feel right at home. It’s clear how much care and heart he puts into looking after both the property and his guests.

Positive: Maurizio is a very warm and welcoming host, very forthcoming and helpful to give recommendations as what to see or where to eat during your stay. The house and it’s surroundings are all you can wish for, beautiful vistas and tranquil inspite of its proximity to Rome. The lovely breakfast offers a variety including egg dishes of your choice to fresh fruit and yougurt. Thank you Maurizio for having us staying in your lovely house!

Positive: This property is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. The views are incredible and it is very quiet. Maurizio is fantastic - nothing is any trouble and he is delightful. He recommended some great restaurants and was always on hand. We enjoyed his company. Breakfast is good and the pool is stunning. Would recommend in a heartbeat. A truly great area to explore. Positive: A very nice and clean property with pool and tennis court. Stunning view and very well kept garden. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms good with a terrace with a stunning view. Maurizio the owner is an excellent host, helpful in every aspect and a very nice and friendly person. The location with only 35 min from Rome city center and restaurants nearby in the village is excellent. Very quiet
