Positive: This property is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. The views are incredible and it is very quiet. Maurizio is fantastic - nothing is any trouble and he is delightful. He recommended some great restaurants and was always on hand. We enjoyed his company. Breakfast is good and the pool is stunning. Would recommend in a heartbeat. A truly great area to explore. Thank you Maurizio. See you next year.

Positive: A very nice and clean property with pool and tennis court. Stunning view and very well kept garden. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms good with a terrace with a stunning view. Maurizio the owner is an excellent host, helpful in every aspect and a very nice and friendly person. The location with only 35 min from Rome city center and restaurants nearby in the village is excellent. Very quiet

Positive: A beautiful hotel set up on the hills with stunning views over the surrounding area, just outside of Rome. We stayed at Tenuta Cusmano for 3 nights and had a wonderfully peaceful stay. The pool is a lovely size, and a great place to relaz. It overlooks the tennis court and views around the area. The rooms are great, equipped with aircon and a private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing, freshly made to order with many options available. Highly recommend the scrambled eggs, with cheese pancetta and tomatoes! Maurizio is an incredible host, generous and kind, welcoming you into his home and made sure we had a fantastic stay. Provided us with lovely dinner recommendations, the nearest is a 5 minute walk away, with other options available in the town nearby which is a 15-20min walk. All offer local ingredients and wine and provide an authentic Italian experience. We did not hire a car for the trip, but Maurizio had many recommendations if you wished to go further afield.
