The villa 'Ninho do Corvo' is located on a 3000 sqm large garden property with heated pool and is located about 4 km east of the former fishing village of Praia do Carvoeiro in the well-maintained complex of Algarve Clube Atlantico. The next Faro Airport is about 60 km from the house.
The lovingly furnished villa offers the highest standard of comfort on 185 sqm living space. It has a large living room with closed fireplace, 2 sofas, satellite TV with flat screen TV, CD player and Internet connection (WLAN).
The large dining room is furnished with Portuguese furniture.
A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, bread machine, toaster, kettle, electric citrus press, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, combined gas / electric stove, separate oven, microwave and fridge with large freezer does not miss even the smallest tools to prepare culinary delights.
Each of the 3 bedrooms, a private bathroom with bath or Shower. Bed linen is changed 1x a week, the towels are changed 2 times per week. Bath towels for the beach are available.
All rooms have an electric auxiliary heater. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the sprawling, south facing terrace, partly covered and protected from the wind, the heated swimming pool with separate outdoor shower and small dressing room. In the back there is a barbecue with walled benches. An outside staircase the large roof terrace is reached. There is also a cozy 'hideaway' with the most beautiful views over the Atlantic and the surrounding coastal scenery including a distinctive lighthouse. Here you can watch beautiful sunsets.
A very friendly and always helpful Portuguese housemaid takes care of 6 times a week in the morning to all applicable chores. 1x per week a gardener cultivates team the large garden and 2 times a week the pool is cleaned and serviced.
The German, English, French and Portuguese speaking property management on site ensures a flawless condition of the house. You might also be otherwise with any questions you may have.
When booking a deposit of 25% of the rent to pay, the balance is 4 weeks before departure.
In case of withdrawal from the house booking, the booking amount will be refunded 100% up to 60 days before arrival and 50% if canceled between 30 and 60 days before arrival. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Tourists must cancel by 23:59 on the due date prior to check in to receive a refund. The given time refers to the time zone of the holiday property in Portugal!

Summary: Fantastic villa in a perfect setting. Beaches and beautiful coastline right on the doorstep, plus a 10 minute walk to restaurants and a bar (and a little supermarket). This said, I'd recommend a car for your stay. The best restaurant was the Italian place in the Antlantico Clube complex - yes, it's more expensive than the others but the food and service is far superior. We'll be back to this place - fell in love with the villa.

Summary: Amazing location near beaches, walking trail and restaurants. House was spacious with pool, air conditioned bedrooms and well stocked with all supplies for cooking, grilling etc. Owner was very responsive and check in was easy. Highly recommended this property to everyone.

Summary: We had a fantastic vacation with this property as our base. It was very easy to communicate with the host prior to our arrival. The neighborhood is lovely and it is the quickest walk from the house to the amazing Seven Valleys Hanging Trail along the cliff’s edge to admire the sea and the stunning cliffs. It is also a very short walk from the house to an amazing beach. There are views of the ocean through the trees on the property, and the ocean sound and breeze are more prominent in real-life than in the pictures. The house itself is lovely. The gardens are beautiful and a pleasure to admire and investigate. The second floor sunroom has a beautiful view towards the sea and lighthouse. My husband and I had coffee there in the mornings and our teenage daughters liked to hang out up there at night. We had the pool heated in April and it was very pleasant. There is a nice hot water rinse-off shower by the pool which was great. Inside the house, the kitchen was well supplied, the living room furniture was comfortable and the beds in the 3 bedrooms were comfortable as well. We were 5 of us in the house, two parents two older teenager girls and a boyfriend and we all had plenty of space to be alone when needed and also plenty of space to hang together. The only thing off the top of my head is that a few more pool towels would be nice but that is a minor, minor suggestion. I would stay here again most definitely if we are lucky enough to get another chance to visit the area. My whole family agrees that this was one of ours best vacations.

Summary: The villa is fantastic. It's very well maintained and has all the amenities you would expect. It is furnished very comfortably and is very clean. The roof terrace and room are an added bonus while the BBQ area and patio provide good outside space. The pool, while not the largest, is certainly large enough for the number of guests and again is really well looked after. The villa is located in a development but such is it's situation it is totally private and not overlooked. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk whilst most other amenities are just a short drive away. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Summary: This was the second time that we stayed in Casa Ninho de Corvo. We love the house and the surrounding garden and hope that we will have the possibility to return many times.

Summary: We stayed in this expansive and very well furnished Villa as a family of 4 adults with 2 teenagers (14 and 16). Plenty of room for all! It is nice that one of the bedrooms is in the main area near kitchen for potential early birds that do not want to wake up guests in the back bedrooms. It is super quiet back there. House never got too hot thanks to cross draft or if needed air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you could potentially need. We even elected to cook dinners, even if we normally prefer to go out, as the outdoor BBQ was very inviting and the terrace is a perfect place with lots of room for everyone to eat. The upstairs breakfast room is also a great place for Happy Hour with wonderful ocean and lighthouse views! Pool was of perfect temperature. Beach within easy walking distance. House very clean with even maid service during weekdays. Plenty of room for parking a couple of cars. Security seems no issue, and there is a gate one can close at night. Carvoeiro is a neat fishing village with plenty of restaurants and shops. There are also restaurants within walking distance but a car is beneficial for the plenty of outings in the area (hiking, water parks, supermarkets). There is a great coastal hiking trail right outside the door for a nice morning or evening walk. Mrs Bade is a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, very polite, easy to communicate with, and if there is anything one needs locally, the property management company is readily available. We will definitely be back!
