Very spacious luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, within walking distance of the sea.
Located in a quiet and exclusive residential area with a sea view.
This villa has a capacity of 12 + 1 guests and feels exceptionally spacious with lots of character and privacy.
The living area consists of a large open space that opens onto the terrace and swimming pool. In it you will find a kitchen, a dining table for 12 people and the living room with fireplace.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom with shower and bath.
On the upper floor you will find a luxurious master bedroom, with a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath, and a room with 1 double and 2 single beds, also with its own bathroom.
The villa is detached, and around the house you will find a garden with lawns and a small grove on all sides. To the left of the house you will find the petanque court. Next to the house is a very large grass meadow with a playground.
On the south side, directly at the terrace, there is a large swimming pool (8x4 m), where you can take a dip at any time of the day. The pool has a varying depth, where you can easily stand on one side (approx. 1 m deep), while the depth on the other side is approximately 2.1 meters.
At the house is a spacious terrace, over the full width of the house, with a roof for extra shade. There are plenty of sun loungers on the terrace, close to the swimming pool.
The children can play in the beautiful gardens, while you barbecue on the built-in outdoor barbecue and install the outdoor table for a delicious meal with family or friends.
Immediately next to the villa is a large grass park, and less than 100 meters is a very nice Italian restaurant, a playground, a mini golf, ....
At a stone's throw you reach the idyllic beach Praia do Carvalho, with breathtaking views and beautiful rock structures.
From the villa you can take beautiful walks.
The quiet and exclusive residential area of Clube Atlantico offers the best of 2 worlds: a peaceful and tranquil environment, yet only a few moments from Carvoeiro with its shops, restaurants and many bars.
Carvoeiro offers a wide range of recreational and sporting activities including golf courses, a tennis club, a center for horse riding, as well as water sports.

Summary: Very well managed property, down side being it's location is perfect for most , but makes it very hard for elderly walking, resulting in having to use taxis, etc.

Summary: What a villa, caters for everything including table tennis bats and balls, tennis rackets and balls etc. We had four generations with ages ranging from 76 to 18 month twins (their first holiday abroad). Double cots and highchairs all arranged. Communication before we visited with the owners and then with Estrella when we were there was exceptional. Everything was just perfect and we made lots of lovely memories. Thank you Jayne and family

Summary: Our 2 families with 4 kids loved staying at this property. It is well equipped, spacious and the heated pool had tons of floaties for us to enjoy. The location is only a few mins walk away from a gorgeous coastal trail and small beach. We also appreciated the midweek cleaning from the housekeeper who was easy to communicate with. Only one small issue was the air conditioner stopped working on our 1st night but was eventually resolved. Would definitley recommend this villa to other families looking for a great place to relax and explore the Algarge region.

Summary: A wonderful house with nice rooms (5) and many bathrooms! Extras like two washer/dryers, big double fridge and lots of dishes and cups are super helpful for large families. Kids loved the big pool and ping pong table (didn’t get around to petonque). Towels and pool toys are also plentiful! The neighborhood is well kept, easy to access and relatively quiet. You can get to a store and three restaurants by foot in about 15 minutes and drive just about anywhere in 10 minutes (a nice large supermarket is an 8 minute drive - intermarche). Local beach is lovely but it’s a steep walk so be prepared. Caroveiro is within 10 min drive and has a cute touristy zone and easy access beach. Water is not that warm and wavier than Caribbean or on the Med proper. The housekeeper is lovely and super responsive. Cleans once a week and is otherwise available to answer questions. A useful housebook as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing, multi family vacation.
