Positive: Clean modern spacious room and bathroom - quiet location. Vila Lipa isn't really a hotel, it's unserviced (very nice) rooms. Two friendly ladies came each day to serve breakfast. Good on-site parking. Excellent wi-fi.

Negative: Nobody on-site when we arrived - and minimal EN spoken by the mobile number we contacted. Only hand towels, nothing bigger, in the bathroom.

Summary: Very comfortable, met our needs as a base to sleep at perfectly.
