Positive: The location was very convenient --- it was a 5-minute walk from the MacKenzie metro station on the yellow line. Check-in was remote and seamless. I received door codes by text just before I arrived. The room was clean and ready when I arrived. It had a one-burner electric stove, an electric kettle, a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a set of dishes and flatware. There was also a washer and dryer for the guests. There were no noise problems from other guests. Any noise came from the street, so there was nothing the property owner could do about that.

Negative: The internet service was unstable. I ended up using the cellular data link on my phone. My room opened onto a small balcony, but I only opened the shutters once because they were very difficult to lock once I had opened them.

Summary: Conveniently located and comfortable --- an excellent value for the money

Positive: Location was great, very convenient access to the metro, grocery stores, and many restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful and replied to all messages very quickly. The apartments were, in my opinion, nicer than the photo quality from many other reviews. I'd strongly recommend this to anyone travelling to Sao Paulo for a ~1 week stay. I would absolutely book this again for a return visit. Thanks!

Negative: The bathroom was perhaps a little bit cramped, but this is a subjective quality.
