Negative: Was quiet when we were there but it would have been nice to have an option of another restaurant

Positive: The tranquility and the feel that was not packed with people.

Negative: No room service after hours. I needed some medication or coconut water and nothing was done about it and there are no drugstores nearby. There were stray dogs and cats around, a big threat to wildlife in the restinga area.

Summary: Good in general, but I expected more in terms of service and comfort in the rooms.

Positive: The place is beautiful, peaceful and comfortable, in a beach that is almost private.

Negative: The staff is kind, but need a training to work is a bit more professional way. The bed made noise when you moved.. The hotel does not offer much activities and you can't find many options in the city either. The food is ok and in one evening we had to wait more than an hour for a dinner. We run out of power for a night and a part of a morning.

Negative: Service quality gradually/daily decreased. We were actually glad to be leaving by the last day/stay. It took almost two days for us to get a welcome message from the front desk with their contact for questions/requests/updates. Food that is included in the day could be better, specially when it comes to dinner. Whatever they served for lunch at their restaurant (paid) was infinitely better than what is included in the stay for dinner. Drinks are great when you arrive, but by the 4th and 5th day they can barely be called that, but you still pay the same. It was very disappointing overall. Not worth the price. It seems your getting a lot from what your paying, but in reality you’re not. Do not recommend and won’t be returning.
