Summary: Beautiful views, great location, terrific light throughout the day. Excellent host who responds quickly to all questions. Most of the home is as described. However, several areas could use refreshing such as the front patio. The back deck was lovely, and had beautiful views. The entire house felt very private, even though it was in a populated neighborhood. The house felt very spacious.

Summary: House was amazing, great location, great views, house is on the older side so could use some upgrades and a few more amenities such as a Keurig machine, nicer pillows but not the end of the world. Besides all the rain, all in all was a nice getaway. Owner was great and met all of our needs.

Summary: We were visiting our daughter at USC over Thanksgiving week. This was a perfect spot for us (we weren’t trying to be near USC). Beautiful view from the balcony, close to Sunset and walkable to restaurants. Kitchen sufficient for cooking our thanksgiving dinner. And Michael was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back here again.
