Summary: Our holiday in View Talay Cottage, Mimice was holiday perfection for us - an amazing second honeymoon! We absolutely loved the view from the terrace, yet we felt totally secluded and private. Thank you to Slaven for being a super host (especially for his fig tree - we had delicious figs every morning for breakfast!) We hope to be back one day! Mark and Amanda

Summary: We had an amazing time in Slavens lovely little villa on the hill in Mimice - he was so friendly and helpful and has literally thought of everything. The house has everything you need for a stay and the view is stunning!! Highly reccomend.

Summary: The views from Talay Cottage are stunning and in the main the facilities are excellent. It is a lovely place to hang out and relax. However, the cottage is on a hill above the main coastal road so there is some road noise. This didn’t bother us too much but if you are searching for a quiet idyllic location, you may be dissapointed. You definitely need a car at this cottage as all restaurants and bars are a steep walk away! The cottage is well equipped except for a microwave and a kettle. British tea drinkers beware! I would not recommend this cottage for children or the elderly / infirm as there are many steps and hard surfaces as well as steep winding steps inside. Slaven was a great and attentive host and kindly let us stay extra nights at short notice. He was very helpful and communication with him was excellent.

Summary: The cottage is perfect for a restful holiday. The views from the terrace are stunning all day and great to dip in the pool to cool off from the sunshine. Well-equipped and well thought out accommodation it has character. Slaven is a nice guy - he has been very easy to deal with, responsive and helpful. There are restaurants and bars down in the harbour of Mimice and Omis is not far. Adequate supermarket in the village so you don't have to go far if you choose.

Summary: Our family travel as often as possible and we are renting holiday homes around the world. Slaven's new built cottage is perfect! It's pretty small but well equipped and has everything you need for your vacation. Location is perfect in a quiet residential area, but no neighbors close to the house. It's only two minutes distance with car to a supermarket and several beautiful beaches. The view from terrace is stunning and we enjoyed spending time there in the evenings, with a glass of wine, while our children played in the pool. Slaven is a great host! Very helpful and available if you need something. We can highly recommend this lovely house and Mimice for a peaceful vacation.
