Positive: WE didn't have breakfast there. Incredibly good views down Sydney Harbour and back to the Circular Quay area amongst many other sites. This Hotel has a huge window looking from the bathroom into the Hotel Room and out to the harbour Bridge. The Hotel location is magnificent with North Sydney station just up the street Ferries at the bottom of the Hill and the Expressways to all parts of Sydney. When your lying in the bed looking at the stars and the Harbour Bridge it couldn't be better. Great value for Money.

Negative: I'm not agreeing with the premise that I didn't like however the Hotel is not a sparkling new Glitsy one. It is now relatively old but has been updated where it matters and created excellent value for money.

Summary: We had a fantastic 4oth (Ruby) wedding Anniversary stay.

Negative: Check in staff weren’t very friendly. Didn’t even tell me what floor my room was on. The room was average for the price for example my pillow case had a hole in it. Decor was a bit lacklustre. Expected more quality

Positive: Amazing views from our room, night and day. Super comfy beds. Good location and if you’re wanting to go to the South side of the city then loads of taxis wait outside the hotel permanently. Friendly staff upon arrival.

Negative: We checked in our luggage early and expected them to be put in a secure storage room but returned 5 hours later to find them still sat in the lobby, they label them all and I’m sure the staff would stop anyone from taking the bags without the matching ticket but we did feel a bit sketched out at all of our things left out in the open. I’d keep any valuables on your person at all times if I were you. Also I’m not sure if there was something wrong with the plumbing in our room or all the rooms but even when taking the shortest of showers (3 mins max) the plug wouldn’t drain the water quick enough and the shower isn’t dug into the floor at all so the water was just flowing into the bathroom and I had to make makeshift dams out of our hand towels just to stop the flooding. That all being said, I would stay here again as the issues didn’t upset my trip to Sydney wildly but definitely some improvements to be made by the hotel.
