Positive: Such a comfortable bed, the air con was amazing, loved the rooftop and pool, the rooms balcony was great, the couch was so comfortable, cooking was made so easy.

Negative: If I could make any modifications it would be to give the shower a door and to make the front door lock simpler (I accidentally slept with it unlocked my first night without realising). And sugar, I couldn’t find any sugar for tea/coffee.

Summary: Phenomenal Spot. I was ready to move in!

Positive: A beautiful apartment in a secure and convenient complex. Finely furnished and decorated with all the creature comforts you could ask for. The service from the host was brilliant and attentive to all needs and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome in a new city. Would absolutely love to stay here again and not to mention excellent location very short walk or transit to all the best that Sydney CBD has to offer.

Negative: Next to a big very noisy construction site. We found dirty used facemasks from previous guest, dirty cutlery and a broken washing machine for 8 days of our stay. The apartment is outdated with too many rugs and cushions for a small apartement.

Positive: This was a well equipped house set in a stunning location. To have the pool was fantastic and an outside (covered) dining area was wonderful. Having easy contact with the property manager was really helpful.

Negative: Being a traditional Umbrian house, it suffers from some quirks that come with that. The kitchen and bathroom is a little tired, and the electrics are somewhat ecentric (turn a light on and the doorbell goes). The living room was not the most comfortable of spaces. But it was nothing that detracted from the visit.
