Positive: Spacious. Kitchen really good, washing machine, comfortable beds, walking distance to many facilities like supermarket, restaurants etc. Also walking distance to Eiffel Tower.

Negative: Pillows too soft, needed an extra sheet for the sofa bed when we wanted to use it.

Positive: The host gave specific information ahead of our stay for accessing the apartment and helpful information about the area and transportation options.

Negative: It's good to remember that apartments and hotel rooms in France and Europe are very small and we originally had booked this for 4 adults. The size of the apartment would more accommodate 3 adults but I wouldn't recommend for 4 or more people. The apartment is very warm and could use fans in the bedrooms. We also would recommend a top sheet for the beds versus just a comforter as it got very warm (early September) and there is rarely if ever air conditioning in most parts of Europe.

Positive: The apartment is ok . It’s almost fully furnished. It’s basically clean. We love that there’s an elevator.

Negative: It was advertised that it has a high speed internet, but actually it wasn’t. It was so bad. Staying in another country and having a good internet is important to search for places especially to check in for your future flights. We came in summer and it was so hot. The portable air condition did not cool the rooms at all. It would be appreciated if they can provide portable fans .

Positive: The property was spotless, even the dishes were clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. It was decorated tastefully but also modern. The host was so helpful and kind. We loved the patisserie across the street. Would highly recommend it!

Positive: Very good location to walk to Eiffel Tower and to travel to Versal. Quiet and comfy place to stay. Flat has everything for a short stay. Grocery shop around the corner.

Negative: The lift is small and can be temperamental.
