Positive: We absolutely loved our stay in this remarkable Paris flat! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with countless special touches. The studio is bright and stylish, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed. The building and neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, yet vibrant with outstanding transportation connections. It is an ideal location to call home while exploring Paris. Cédric and Nuria are outstanding hosts! Communication was always quick and friendly, and their local tips and insights about Paris and the 16e added much value to our trip. They have considered all of the thoughtful details that enhance a stay. They also made us feel very welcome and taken care of from start to finish! This flat, and our hosts, were true highlights of our Paris stay, and we would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything was really great. The apartment is very spacious and there are multiple living zones despite being a studio. Lovely balcony with seating. The location was great with a supermarket nearby, cafe's and restaurants also very close and really easy access to public transport. the neighbourhood was clean and quiet too. Little treats in the fridge on arrive were a nice touch also. Very friendly hosts who really wanted to make sure our stay went well

Negative: Nothing really. I would happily stay here again!

Positive: Beautiful stylish comfortable open apartment with lots of light, fitted with great appliances, and a small balcony. It was very close to a metro, and the suburb and neighbourhood is quiet and clean. Also close to great restaurants and supermarkets. The owners are truly delightful and made us feel very welcome.

Positive: Everything. The design of the property was excellent and made the space felt big and roomy. Nuria thought of everything and provided all the necessities and some more. The location is close to Metro station and grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.
