Positive: The room we received was very spacious. Enough and more space to keep our large luggage and for two people to move around. The air conditioning functioned well and so did the fan. The premise allowed for parking our car and the house keeper Shiva and his family were very kind and flexible. So I am very grateful for that. They even accommodated our free breakfast request on booking.com even if they apparently don't do it anymore. We got lovely cups of teas and toast with butter and jam. There is a kitchen area downstairs too that we can access if we need to quickly get some hot water or keep something in the fridge. Honestly it felt very homely and comfortable ~ totally worth the cost. There's a supermarket down the road and a food court and other restaurents nearby. It's only about 10 to 15 mins drive to the airport.

Negative: Not very sound proof. When it rained daily we could hear loud crashing sounds during strong winds. Also there is some construction going on in neighboring houses so if you're sensitive to those noises, bring noise cancelling headphones. Because of the daily rain during our stay, we noticed little insects that have somehow crept in through the bathroom air vents or drains... and somehow there were random water spots on the floor. We didn't mention anything to the caretakers though because it was our last day. If we did, I'm sure they would have done something about it because they are really accommodating and very kind but I just wanted to mention it in the review as a headsup if there's anyone out there who can't deal with few insects here or there...And maybe the management might consider checking on better sealing that bathroom so that such insects cannot creep in. Finally, the hot water in the shower was a little complicated to figure out but again, the housekeeper was very helpful so it wasn't a big issue.
