Positive: Located in Casco Viejo in the thick of things. New, clean facilities, with a nice little center kitchen for tea and such. I was in the cozy one-person room and it had lots of storage and fairly big bathroom. Easy check-in process and clear instructions on how to enter the building and get into your room. Good value.

Negative: I have to deduct a few points from my rating due to poor communication. A day before I was to check out, I messaged the staff in the Booking messaging area and on WhatsApp, requesting a one-hour late checkout. Even if I received a "no" answer, I would have appreciated it. Instead, I received a message almost 24 hours later, after my checkout time, if I had talked to a cleaning staff member about leaving my bags. I didn't see the caretaker until I was leaving the property on my checkout day.

Positive: Great location, clean room and good facilities - we’d definitely go back again and book these rooms. Lots of traditional charm.

Negative: No reception which we are used to but message with how to get in didn’t come through, once we managed to get in touch all sorted and everyone very helpful so very minor issue. Having some work done on a lift installation - not an issue. Will look great once it’s finished.

Positive: The location is great, right in Casco Viejo, next to coffee shops and pintxos bars. Also metro and train in walk in distance. The shower pressure was very good, unexpected for a building that old situated in the old town.

Negative: Quite noisy and not only from outside, also from inside, but I guess that with some earplugs (which we didn't have) it can be fixed. The exterior balcony is not exterior, is a balconette (Juliette balcony)

Positive: Bosco was always there to answer questions and recommend Spots. Place convenient to everything. Great room. Great bathroom and water pressure.

Positive: Location was excellent. Big room. Efficient shower. Great we could leave our luggage.

Negative: Unbearably noisy on Saturday night - until 4 am. Kitchen always ran out of milk to make tea. Towels weren’t changed for a 3 night stay which wasn’t good, given that we often showered twice a day. Communication delay which meant that we couldn’t get into our room until 6.15 pm. Pillows too hard so had to use cushions.
