Summary: The hotel was in the Old Town so was a great location for exploring. In the room you couldn't hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was great, really clean and spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was huge, with a wonderful shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel, there was even a lift!!

Summary: All very seamless. Well located to all amenities in Bilbao. Interior room had a window but no view. Would book a view next time. My mistake. Very clean, well serviced. WiFi problem but rectified promptly.

Summary: Didnt realize there was no AC in room. Really hot and stuffy. Open patio door for better airflow but really noisy from foot traffic, construction, night club until 2am

Summary: Taxi driver dropped us at the nearby Arriaga Theatre, probably due to language issues. Then we walked across to the Arriaga Hotel opposite - again the wrong place - they told us to go around the corner! Tip would be to look at the address of the hotel you get given as it’s just a few metres up a paved street not far away from both those places and the road. The code to get in was the same for front door, first floor and room which was a bit weird but it worked. It is next door to a little shop (a bit like boots) and close to the river to get a 60min cruise and easy to walk to the Guggenheim which is excellent.

Summary: Great location situated in the old town, by the river and near to bars & resteraunts and buses, trams, trains and taxi's. The accommodation is a suite with no reception area, so you require an access code to enter the main street and room doors. But approx. 50 yards along the street on the right hand side (next to El Txoko stake resteraunt), their is a Casual hotel and 24 hour reception desk, situated on the buildings 3rd floor. They were very helpful and stored my bag whilst I awaited my 2pm check-in. But they also arranged to send me my access code by 12.30pm for an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a bed only and ideal location stay.
