Positive: The location is wonderful- able to walk around Ferndale, which is a great little historic town. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us - toasted my gluten free bagel for me in the morning, gave us a map of the town, and helped us plug in our EV for free charging at the hotel.

Summary: We would definitely stay there again!

Negative: our heater did not work and it dropped to 33 outside it was a chilly night i felt it was a little expensive

Positive: The inn. It is nicely restored and fun to stay in such an old building

Negative: They changed their breakfast during Covid-19 from a sit-down breakfast in the dining room to a grab-and-go.. While the grab-and-go is okay I would like to see them return to a sit-down breakfast. If the bar or restaurant will not be open the night of your stay, this should be noted during the reservation process.
