Positive: The bed was clean, and comfortable. The bathroom and dining area were clean. Those were the only places I visited, so I'm only commenting about those, but I would assume that the rest of the house was clean, too.

Negative: I'm going to qualify my reply by saying that it's not that I 'didn't like' these things - I'm just describing the way things were and in our room. 1) It's not your typical bed and breakfast. No one is preparing breakfast. There were Egg McMuffins & Jimmy Dean breaded sausages on a stick (kind of like a corn dog) in the freezer, a selection of Thomases' muffins and bread, butter, a selection of single serving dry cereals (all sweetened), oatmeal, and apples on the counter as well as a microwave and toaster. The refrigerator held milk, orange juice, yogurt, small, packaged donuts, and creamer. Coffee & tea were also on the counter to be made. Basically, help (& do it) yourself. 2) The location is on the main street thru town. In the afternoon it was quite noisy, and I thought that might be a problem at night, but it wasn't, even though we were in a front bedroom. 3) It's an old home, and the bath that we were in had no outlets for a hair dryer or water flosser. 4) It was a little cold in the morning, and there was no space heater. There was a radiator in the room, but I didn't look to see if it was functional as it wasn't that cold. 5) The shower was about 3-4 ft square. Reminded me of the ones at the 24 Hour Fitness that I used to attend. That's about it. I was okay with it, but I don't think it would work for everybody.

Summary: Okay, but probably won't be a repeat guest.

Positive: the location , we went to a show at the kystone Theater right in the villege . once you are inside of the house it is very quite guest were all polite to each other. Staff was very informative and helpful , very nice people. house is beautiful dose need some outside grounds work done.

Negative: the shower was alittle small.

Summary: very weloming staff, room was clean and we could have our coffee anytime. nice time spent there.
