Negative: It was not clean, we couldnt open the back door, also couldnt use the sink the first day and also the landlord went to the apartment when we were not there and we wasnt aware, the toilet seat was broken so was afraid to sit on it and feel comfortable

Negative: Was told to send a £200 deposit outside of the booking hours before checkin. Have not received the deposit back yet. Did not look like the photos. Twin bedroom was not made as per the photos. Only 1 bed had sheets and looked like it was slept in. Only the double bed was made even though we paid for the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 guests not share a double bed. No toilet paper provided .had go out and buy our own. Worst of all, Bathroom sink was leaking into the draw below which had almost completely filled with gallons of water when we arrived. This had clearly been the case for weeks as the water was brown and stank.

Summary: Disappointing for the price.

Positive: Very clean, warm and well decorated apartment with comfortable furnishings and beds.

Negative: Some basic maintenance is required: there were only 3 dining chairs, 3 forks and 3 dinner plates, which was inconvenient for a family of 4, the toilet seat was broken and there was a loose floor tile in the bathroom. I also chased for the return of the deposit twice in the week after checking out, with no response, and eventually had to get Booking.com to follow up on our behalf, to get it returned.

Summary: Nice apartment but better maintenance required.

Positive: Modern and stylish also the bedrooms are far away from the living room/kitchen which is great

Negative: Paying a deposit which was meant to be bank transfer which felt a bit dodgy but when asked they quickly sent us an official email and able to put card details in. Maybe this could be done through booking.com in the future?
