Positive: A best choice for vacation with location, comfort, cleanliness/hygiene and security coming tops. It has easy access to all your grocery and clothing needs, recreational, fun, and historical sights. Most importantly is the free/safe parking space, after having to drive from Düsseldorf in Germany to Barcelona.
Negative: Every other rooms had nice soft 2 single beds. But the size of master bedroom bed and mattrass needs to be reviewed. It looked a little too hard and a little small for me and wife. We weigh about 100 kg each and about 1.84 in height. Overall, it was a dream vacation and the entire family had fun.

Positive: My siblings and our spouses stayed in this comfortable and well-appointed apartment for a week. Our host Marco was fantastic; I appreciated his constant communication and his setting up an airport transfer for our party. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The apartment itself is in a convenient location being only a block away from a tram stop. We also found multiple eateries, a coffee shop, a bodega, and a grocery store within a short walking distance. Across the street is an expansive park. The building has three elevators which provide a quick ride to this 12th floor penthouse. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment as well -- kitchen, great room (living & dining), bedroom with 2 twins, and 1/2 bath on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, hall bath with shower and laundry closet, and spacious main bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo on the lower level. The apartment features balconies on both levels which are accessible via the main living area and all the bedrooms through sliding glass doors. Another welcome aspect was the air conditioning and a separate unit for each floor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enthusiastically recommend Victoria Diagonal Mar Barcelona.
Negative: The mattresses felt like hard futon mattresses. However, everyone in my party is spoiled to sleeping on our memory foam mattresses at home. And honestly, we were all so tired from our adventures in the city that we all slept soundly every night.

Positive: Great accommodation, view, location with easy access to metro and tram. Kitchen facilities were superb. The duplex apartment itself was very spacious and within easy reach to the beach. We found lots of places nearby to eat and it was also near a very nice park.
Negative: The tumble dryer and the TV remote probably could be renewed as they were showing their age.
Summary: Made our stay extra special and a lovely place to come back to after walking the length of Barcelona

All the cooking equipment and appliances you could need. Marco was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and funny. All perfect, no issues at all
