Summary: The house is very clean, including bathroom, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well provisioned for cooking. There were a couple of hiccups in administrative details. But the management was extremely fast, responsive, and courteous in resolving the issue quickly. The location is near some of the best birding in Texas. We would strongly recommend this little house.

Summary: The coziness the front porch the ottoman to just relax and sip coffee listening to music. The bar was excellent to serve our buffet style. The beds also very comfortable. The drive to Rockport driving over the bridge so peaceful. With a HEB AND WALMART great to get our goods for the weekend. We are coming back in June and July
