Summary: Rooms were spacious and the living room/dining area was beyond comfortable for the family. The views were amazing and downtown is no more than 2 miles away, which was really convenient! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you bring additional pans if you plan on cooking for the family. Other than that, our stay was what we expected!

Summary: Geat place for a family to enjoy a vacay near the water. Loved the balcony as we got a great breeze and view. Clean and updated interior. The only reason for 4 stars is that there was a security camera on the balcony and I felt we were being watched and heard. Felt like our privacy was diminished. Also, grass was not cut. Lastly, I asked to check in earlier but was given no answer but recieved an automated response. Given that there were no occupants the previous day and the property more than likely has been serviced already , it would have been nice to check in early instead of waiting. Yes, I got to Rockport early. I went by the rental place and it was empty so I know it was possible to check in early. Aside from that I had a great time as ususal in Rockport and ate some great seafood.

Summary: It was bright and spacious very clean home. Loved the openness of the living area. (Living room, dinning room and kitchen.) plenty of room for a bigger group. Kitchen was well stocked and they supplied many other extras like laundry detergent, toilet paper, and toiletries. Easy short walk to the water and piers and a short drive to the beach. We very much enjoyed our week stay there.
