Positive: A great location for birding. Very comfortable with outdoor seating and two bedrooms AND two bathrooms! The casitas are well situated, well decorated, and conveniently located just outside of town.

Negative: The oven wasn't clean, but that is very minor, as the kitchen was well-stocked and everything else was spotless.

Summary: Great place to stay if you are in town for birding or just a bit of relaxation. Highly recommended!

Positive: Very cute, recently updated 2bed/2bath unit with additional outdoor patio seating and dining area. Very nice common areas with seating under the trees to enjoy the birds and the breeze. Host (Lawrence) came by to introduce himself, answer any questions we had, and offered suggestions on where to eat, etc. Enjoyed our stay and the peaceful surroundings.

Negative: Bathroom door off the rear bedroom needs adjusting, but everything else was nicely done and very comfortable. The cleaning fee seemed a bit high, but perhaps that was because the cost was amortized over just a two day stay, and we were required to strip the beds, empty the trash, and wash and put away the dishes ourselves. I always leave a place at least as clean as when I arrived, but don't expect to have to strip the beds, etc.

Positive: Perfect quiet location. Lovely common patio area complete with propane fire pit, grill, and heater. Beds were comfortable and roomy. Kitchen had all utensils and dishes needed.

Positive: Location was perfect for our girl's trip to the Sonoita wineries. The grounds were peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfy and, Livia, our host, was wonderful, yet not intrusive, in that she made sure we had everything we needed. She even provided us with firewood so that we could sit outside by a fire each night.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location was beautiful and serene. The beds were so comfortable!

Negative: The king master bath, the door was swollen, so would not close. But it was a non issue for us.

Summary: It was a nice getaway place to grill, hangout and take a break to reconnect!
