Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was good for our stay in NYC and to be honest we spent a lot of time out each day. The apartment was clean and had the essentials that we needed

Negative: Communication prior to arriving at the property was not ideal. Finding the keys in a locked box in the middle of a road wasn't how I wanted to start my holiday. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with very uneven stairs. There is no lift! This should be stated clearly on the website, as it was hard trying to get our luggage up to the apartment. There is no safe or safety deposit box and the lock on the door is very precarious.
