Positive: The location is great. Super close to very cute restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the shopping street. Bed was comfortable with 2 different pillows. Big spacious rooms. The host Davide is extremely helpful and always texts about everything.

Negative: Very loud outside I needed earplugs. Very basic the apartment. No kitchen at all. No hangers for clothing. The bathroom floods after every shower and the shower is uncomfortable.

Positive: The location was very convenient, stores, restaurants & cafes, cozy streets of historical centre

Negative: This apartment obviously needs some love and maintenance. It is located under the roof and has huge windows on the ceiling with automated open/close system, but the system was not working for 2 windows. Also AC system also needs cleaning and service. That's why it was challenging to survive summer heat in the apartment. It would be also nice to have some mop to clean the floor.
