Positive: The room was spacious and clean. Room service could be added for cleaning of the rooms after staying a couple of days.
Negative: Small things do matter like having hand soap and a tea tray for night caps.

Positive: The host, Marco was very customer service focused and friendly. In fact, he went the extra mile and helped us carry our luggage (two large suitecases) up the stairs to the 2nd floor. He is simple the best!!! He also contacted us beforehand via WhatsApp to be available for our arrival and provided a list of local restaurants etc The little cafe almost next door has great coffee and croissants. The little pizza shop just opposite makes great pizza at such cheap prices.
Negative: There was anything we didn't like about the property. The only comment would be with Booking.com using its generic/standard list of items included. It lists " free toiletries" and there wasn't any. This wasn't a problem because we had our own. I only mentioned it as you can't always relay on Booking.com list of inclusions.

Positive: The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, everything was brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, right next to the beach, so we were just a few steps from the sea. A special thanks goes to our host Mario, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He even picked us up at the train station and helped us with everything we needed. It’s rare to come across such hospitality! This stay truly exceeded all my expectations, it was absolutely amazing! Thank you for an amazing weekend, I can whole-heartedly recommend this place to everyone!
