Welcome to Casa Mar Vista, a modern and newly reformed detached 4-bedroom villa with heated pool, wooden outside gazebo and seating area which has been carefully designed to cater for everyone, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free holiday for all the family and/or friends.
Casa Mar Vista has been a family home for the past 20 years and the owners now want to share their love for this house with others.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The front access to the property is just a short distance from the electric gated driveway, suitable for 2 cars, and up a flight of stairs on to the top tiled terrace with a secure door for access to the road. A welcoming wooden front door provides entrance to the property and to a large porch with a double glass interior French door. Through the double glass doors, you enter the spacious living room.
LIVING AREA
The spacious living room contains a large L shaped leather sofa and two one seater leather armchairs, large flat screen Smart TV, free to view TV box, DVD player, coffee table and gas fireplace. There is one large ceiling air conditioning unit for heating/cooling covering a large area of the property.
Leading from the living room on to a small open corridor providing access to a bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, staircase to downstairs and through to the bright and airy kitchen and back garden.
KITCHEN + DINING
The newly reformed modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, toaster, kettle, built-in coffee machine, electric extractor, stainless-steel sink with drainer, frying pans and saucepans, plates and bowls including children friendly sets, plenty of utensils and other complementary items. Alongside the kitchen there is a large dining and cooking area.
BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
A staircase from the corridor leads down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. This comprises of three bedrooms with King size beds. The main bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and French doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The other two bedrooms have built in sliding wardrobes.
All bedrooms have built-in bedside cabinets and dressing tables, bedside lights, remote-controlled air-conditioning for heating/cooling and flat screen TV’s with free to view tv boxes.
Two bedrooms share a bathroom downstairs which consists of a bath/shower toilet and double sink with storage. The other bedrooms share the bathroom upstairs.
THE GARDEN + OUTSIDE KITCHEN
The garden consists of electric secure sliding gates and a tiled driveway suitable for two/three vehicles. The garden is on two levels with steps from the outside seating area down to the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. The stairs are child friendly with a locked gate and mesh netting.
There is a large wooden gazebo equipped with material roller blinds suitable for all year-round use, chill-out area with a soothing waterfall, bean bags, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV with free to view box, surround sound, WIFI and nighttime lights for those relaxing evenings.
The outside kitchen comprises of a gas BBQ and under counter fridge.
SPECIAL FEATURES
For further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
The swimming pool is also secured with two wooden gates one at the top by the gazebo and another down the bottom by the utility room.
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included per person along with some certain necessities such as kitchen roll, toilet roll and cleaning products.
Also available at a small charge - Pool Heating, Cots, highchairs and a change of bed linen and/or towels during a two week or more stays. These items must be arranged prior to arrival.

Summary: We loved the house, adored the garden area / outside seating area and pool. The house had absolutely everything you could want, the kitchen is so well stocked and a pleasure to use. The house is airy and the downstairs especially stayed cool even in very hot temperatures. Everything was easy to use and easy to find. You can walk to the beach, about 8 minutes away, and there's a good beach bar/ restaurant there. It's definitely a good idea to have a car to drive to nearby Calpe and Moraira for more restaurant options and sightseeing. Highly recommended, we loved it!

Summary: As other reviewers say, the house exceeds expectations and has everything- and more! - that a family would want and need for a really relaxing stay. The pool is fabulous with plenty of space for everyone. There are inflatables for children - and toys for the beach; a great bonus.We really appreciated the starter pack of groceries/wine. We’d just stocked up at Mercadona so duplicated some items but no matter!

Summary: We had a great stay. The place is exceptionally well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very quick to respond to our message about the patio heater not working and being unable to locate any of the many corkscrews. There were lots of goodies left for us on our arrival which were much appreciated. The bougainvillea and hibiscus were magnificent and we heard nightingales most days. We were lucky with the weather and spent almost all our time outdoors. We can't recommend this property highly enough.

Summary: When we arrived at the villa we were blown away! The photos don’t do it justice! 8 adults stayed and you never felt on top of each other. Lots of lovely areas to relax away from everyone if needed! It was so so clean, light and airy. It had everything and more that you need. Lots of extras too! The wine and beer and other treats were such a lovely touch. The pool area was wonderful and had the sun all day. Lots of inflatable’s available and beach items should u need them. The only negative I can think of is the mosquitos but we were expecting those so came prepared. Katie was super helpful and responded to emails immediately. The local beach and supermarket are a short stroll away but it is worth getting a car to go into Calpe itself as the beach there is stunning. worl.

Summary: The property far exceeds the photos/description and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) The property is immaculately clean and spacious, with the outside area and pool second to none. It is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need and we honestly could not have asked or expected more. Katie is a very responsive host and the slightly later check out was much appreciated as our flight home wasn’t until the evening. Could not recommend this property more highly

Summary: The most beautiful villa that has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The kitchen is the best stocked that I’ve ever had the experience of. More fridges and hi tech hi quality fixtures and fittings right through the villa. Wi-Fi is incredible in all areas - garden, pool, bedrooms and living area! The pool and BBQ area is to die for, and the security of the villa is second to none. Easy walking distance to lovely restaurants, bar and beach, and ideal location for visits to beautiful Moraira and Calpe. Air con right through the property and TVs with digital connections not only in every room but also in the outdoor lounge. We loved every minute and were incredibly sad to leave. We will be back - thank you Katie xx

Summary: Location: 10/10. Beautiful area, quiet, very clean, felt very safe letting the boys go off on their own. Local mini supermarket within walking distance. Lovely beach within walking distance. Just a short drive to Calpe if you wanted to shop for trinkets and more choice of restaurants/ Villa: 10/10. So much space inside, but we barely used it as were out on the patio the whole time. Huge living room with nice big TV. The Kitchen is exceptional and fully equipped. More fridges than you could ever need. Pool was just the right size for us. Host: 10/10. Katie was super-responsive and helpful, resolved an issue super-efficiently, couldn't have asked for any more. Weather: 10/10. Gloriously hot every day. 4 adults + 2 teenage boys. We all had a lovely time and were very happy with our choice of Casa Mar Vista. A car is essential for getting around. Would highly recommend taking some good mosquito repellent for the evenings, but local shops & chemists sell plenty. Would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you

Summary: The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a break away with a large group! The pool is amazing and the outdoor bbq area is a great place to have a nice meal at night! Aircon throughout made it a pleasant place to be due to the temps being very high which was needed! The area is nice with a shop and beach down the road and calpe is only a 10 min drive if you want to go for a more lively place. Great villa overall and would love to come back!
