Summary: Top marks with communication from booking host, Molly, Greeting contact Lesley and owners, Kim. Highly responsive and we felt well cared for. This is a family home and is super well equipped, kitchen was great to prepare our evening meals and the area was super to explore. Quiet villages nearby with outstanding restaurants. Would recommend!

Summary: This is a tranquil and very special property and we had the most amazing week. The setting is devine...stunning scenery overlooking the hills of Tuscany and so very peaceful. The pool, set down some steps away from the house, is absolutely beautiful and the biggest we have ever had (and we have enjoyed many properties with pools over the years). The house has everything you need, espcially in the kitchen, which made cooking easy. Paciano is the most beautiful, picturesque village and a real gem. We enjoyed some delicious coffee and pastry breakfasts at Echoes cafe and loved the fact that we could walk there from the house. The sunsets from the house are stunning. Leslie met us at the house on arrival and was on hand the whole week, with great advice and ideas, so we felt very looked after. We could not have asked for more. Absolutely love this place and we very much hope to be able to come back one day.

Summary: A very well equipped home away from home. Peaceful with scenic views for those who just want to relax, but also well located for day trips to Assisi, Siena, and countless hilltop villages. A car is a must, and be aware that there is a long and VERY steep drive up to the house. Extra road maintenance and grading would be very helpful. Local agent Leslie was responsive, informative, warm and welcoming.

Summary: Fabulous location with amazing views across the valley. A well equipped house with lovely pool. Paciano has a couple of good restaurants and 2 bars. The place is high up in the hills and visitors should be mindful of the steep climb.

Summary: Property was open plan, well furnished and definitely felt like a home rather than a holiday let. Lesley, the manager, was friendly and efficient. If we had any problems they were sorted out immediately. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Pool was enormous and with over 34oC temps we really appreciated it. Looking a little sad though so will need some work. The road up to the property from Paciano was terrible. There had been a lot of water damage which we were concerned would damage the car. Didn't feel safe walking up and down to the village which was a shame. Overall - we absolutely loved our two weeks at this property and soaked up the beautiful views. Paciano is a friendly village with everything that you need to have an enjoyable holiday. We also played golf at Lamborghini Golf Resort and Perugia Golf Club which finished off our 7.5 week holiday beautifully.

Summary: The privacy and the quietness is just insane. the sunset view is incredible. the little village of Paciano has great dinner options to offer, however it is a 10-15 min walk . the good thing is that you burn the calories from dinner on the way back as it is all uphill, partially up over 20pct on a gravel road. We enjoyed our week a lot and we overwhelmed by the support and help being offered by Leslie, who perfectly took care for us while there.

Summary: We have spent a great week here. The house lacked nothing, everything is available. The terrace offers a great view and the pool is huge and offers great swimming and fun. You can reach the little town very quickly also by foot and find great restaurants and shopping facilities. Unfortunately, our week went by very quickly we have enjoyed it very much.
