Summary: This apartment is exactly how it appears in the listing -- everything was perfect. It has a big balcony, all the equipment you could need, and was spotlessly clean. It is in a very smart block of apartments, with a quiet, grassy and leafy garden in the middle. And it's perfectly situated -- in a quiet area, but only just over five minutes' walk from the wonderful market, and within easy reach of the old port. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Summary: Apartment was very spacious, including a lovely outside balcony (some great sunset views). Lots of amenities in the apartment, including for cooking, cleaning and leisure Very safe and secure building. Location was highly convenient - close to restaurants, bars and public transport Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend both this property and La Rochelle for a holiday.

Summary: Had a fantastic two weeks stay in this beautiful apartment, it’s spacious & fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All amenities are within a short walk from the accommodation, which is a 100% secure building with easy access by a lift from the private car park to the property.

Summary: We have just returned from an enjoyable holiday break in Hubert’s fantastic property. The apartment was spotless, spacious, well equipped and is the perfect place for an extended vacation. It is close to all the amenities and sites in this beautiful city. Hubert is an excellent host; very accommodating to meet our needs and first rate communication.
