Summary: They did not offer new towels each or refill the water each day. The phone did not work and the room cleaning was lackluster. The welcoming drink was a great touch and the parking was very conviennent for that area. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room could use a refresh and better cleaning. The food is great and the location was remarkable
