Positive: Location is great, with great views, and staff were super friendly. Food from the restaurant was good!

Negative: Our room was not cozy at all, it had a lot of empty space, decoration very scarce. There were gaps in the balcony doors that allowed ants to come in the room, we also saw a mouse running away through them. The place is in the middle of nowhere so it’s understandable to have local fauna around, but we felt the room could have been built better

Positive: Beautiful views, comfy bed and great food. Did not get to try zip lining but would love to go back and try again. Thanks Elias for helping us with anything we needed.

Negative: The room with the jacuzzi could be more private. It’s a bit open and people can look into the windows. They are still working on finishing that part however and helped us move to a different room and all was good.

Summary: Great place to stay.

Positive: The staff, especially kitchen and room service, were very kind. Food was great. The room we stayed in was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. Ziplining was so much fun!

Negative: The room was not well-sealed. Insects were constantly coming inside. While the room was big, it wasn’t well-furnished in a practical way. Getting there was not straightforward, as Google Maps did now show a road as of this posting.

Positive: Excellent view, unique grounds with coffee farm and zip lines. The rooms were exquisitely decorated.

Negative: The room we were in in unfinished. No towel rack, evidence of leaking from unit above, shower leaks, grounds had construction supplies. Most likely this is all due to the recent construction and will be improved and fixed over time.

Summary: Magical views from the double hot tub!
