Positive: The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. A beautiful view of the beach and town from the balcony and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The host was lovely, meeting us after travel delays and making sure we were comfortable.

Positive: The views from the balcony were amazing and gets the sun all day from around 11am. The apartment had every facility you would ever need and was stocked with essential items.

Negative: The location is a little out of town, but we knew that from the description.

Positive: Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the old town of Nazaré. Not too far of a walk from the beach and the restaurants either, though a bit of a climb still. The place is brand new and very comfortable, offering the same luxury of home. It has two large bedrooms with comfortable beds (soft matresses - not too hard as is usually the case in Portugal) and ample storage space. There are several airco units to cool the apartment, as well as blinds for the windows while the sun is out on the terrace (no sunscreen while you are on the terrace though). There is a communal swimming pool and large undergrond parking space. We made use of the cooking facilities, and very much appreciated the complimentary oil, herbs and spices, tea and coffee. The large bathroom is quite comfortable and has a bath. Soap and towels were provided. There is also a smaller bathroom with shower which we did not use. Check in and communication with Ana were easy, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Negative: The noise of the busy street below the building. Luckily, the noise was drowned out by the rushing of the giant waves during the last two days of our stay.

Positive: The location is wonderful. You are up on a hill with a panoramic view of the city below and the beach and ocean. Truly a remarkable view.
