Negative: Lots of cobwebs in the room. The toilet tank cover didn't fit, so it shook and clanged every time we used it

Positive: It is walking distance to restaurants and other businesses. It was quiet and the area was clean.

Negative: The room was not bad. A couple of the floor boards were loose. The room was clean. But like any room that has a lot of people stay there the trim going into the bathroom could use a little soap and water. But not bad

Positive: The location was decent. Had diner out front and restaurants withing 5-10 drive

Negative: Entering hotel smelled horrible like a musty basement or old dirty mop. Balcony sliding door didnt shut all the way and when brought to staff attention nothing was done about it, wasn't even offered a different room. There was burn holes in bedding, tv had red line down middle of it and bathroom had no toilet paper or shower supplies, towels were stained and nasty looking.

Summary: For a last minute stay it was doable. Don't plan to stay there again as it was not worth the price
