Positive: Location to why we came to CT. Rooms were available. Overall, clean. Newly renovated. Fridge in room.

Negative: For being newly renovated, there is definitely room for improvement. No chair other than a computer chair in the room. Cracked window. No air vent in bathroom. Not having separate 'pet' rooms on the first floor away from the rest of the guests (so listening to poor dogs being left alone, bark). Sub-par breakfast options. Sink faucet too far back from sink so trying to wash hands you get water on the counter. Tub is a slip and slide (no grip). Lastly, the lobby area has an odor that smells of a pile of soggy towels sitting in the corner, sadly forgotten.

Positive: Breakfast was quite good for the type, though it generates a lot of waste (disposable everything: plastic cutlery, plates, cups). The room was very clean and functional. Nice, comfortable bed. Staff pleasant and efficient.

Negative: The A/C unit in our room was a little noisy. The elevator door moved alarmingly slow. We did not like the mushy pillows.

Positive: Quiet

Negative: Shampoo and conditioner bottles shaped like mini bottles are cute, but makes it hard to get the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottle. Breakfast isn’t hot; room temperature scrambles and lukewarm sausages. Pancakes are blah, and too chewy. Noisy workers are making building renovations.

Negative: While booking, the ad said Jet tub In the room But all it had was a shower.

Summary: Definitely worth the price a very comfortable clean room.

Negative: It was under construction and wasn’t made aware of that fact until we got there. Wasn’t able to do laundry on the premise, but luckily enough there is a laundromat 2 buildings down. Also the towels and sheets were not clean so had to request new ones and no tissues available
