This house has 4 bedrooms, a game room and extra tv room, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This is a nature enthusiasts dream with hiking, boating, kayaking, skiing, fishing and hunting all at your fingertips! After a day of adventures, kick back and relax while enjoying the picturesque views of the water. There is something for everyone here in all 4 seasons!
This house is 1600+ square feet on two floors. There are docks on the property for guest use. Kayaks are available with some life vests. There is a public boat launch on Lake St. Catherine and a second boat launch at Lake St. Catherine State Park. You can access our docks through a narrow channel that connects Lilly Pond to Lake St. Catherine.

Lake St. Catherine State Park is very close by car or kayak, and has long been a destination for visitors seeking an area to relax, refresh and recreate. The 117-acre park offers an array of recreation such as a nature center, two sandy beaches, a large grassy field including a children’s playground and a snack-bar concession with rentals of rowboats, canoes, kayaks and pedal boats. A boat launch is available for those seeking a day of fishing or water skiing on the lake. A short hiking trail offers visitors a tour of the Big Trees of Lake St. Catherine and a breathtaking view of Birdseye Mountain.

Summary: Everything was exactly as described in VRBO.The cottage is cozy and comfortable and the deck was perfect for family dinners and game nights. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boat and enjoyed swimming in Lake St.Catherine. Thank you to our hosts who responded to every question very quickly.Highly recommend!

Summary: My family had a great time here! There was plenty to do both inside and out. My kids especially loved the ping pong/pool game table. There were tons of board games and puzzles that we didn’t even touch because the game table was so much fun. We also loved having two living areas. The kitchen was hard to cook for a family of 5 with teen boys (needed to make a lot of quantity) but that didn’t take away from our trip, just good to know. We ate at several local restaurants. My favorite outdoor activity was kayaking and one of my sons loved that the house came with fishing poles and a tackle box. We had a lot of fun on the pond and lake. I appreciated all of the extras that were provided - lots of fans, dehumidifier, extra blankets and pillows, laundry detergent, extra household supplies. That made our stay easy and comfortable. The owners were very kind and communicative!

Summary: Joel was a very accommodating host . The house was great for our family. It rained the first 2 days , but the family kept occupied playing all the games in lower level . Memorial Day was beautiful, and after a quick text to Joel , we were able to checkout late to enjoy the outdoors of the property. Very impressed on the WHOLE EXPERIENCE !! I would HIGHLY recommend this house and hosts

Summary: We couldn't have had a better time! The house was meticulously clean and so pretty, and absolutely loved the long deck looking out on the water. The fire pit was great fun in the evenings and there was lots of outdoor space for enjoying a good time. The hosts were so warm and friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Loved it!

Summary: The listing doesn’t not do justice…. This property was so peaceful and the interior of the home was absolute perfection. My gaming of 5 had an amazing week, and the game room is such a nice touch for 3 kiddos.
