Positive: The view, cleanliness, the upstairs aircon in both bedrooms.

Negative: The beds in both bedrooms were very hard and as so uncomfortable. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms to wash hands and no shower products. There was a carton of juice and a bottle of wine which was kind. However no salt, pepper or any condiments, no dishwashing tablets. I not used to this from Booking.com facilities.

Positive: Three patios with gorgeous views. The apartment was huge and comfortable. We really felt at home here. Miranda was always available to help from check-in to checkout. She was super friendly and she even brought us two home-cooked meals during our stay. Parking was never a problem during our off-season stay. It was quiet at night which is surprising considering how close it is to restaurants and bars. The apartment is fantastic. We could have easily stayed there for months. Everyone in the town was welcoming.

Negative: The upstairs bathroom has a 3 inch step to enter it which caused multiple stubbed toes at night. The apartment is managed by a company from another location so all the recommendations for restaurants, bars, banks, stores, etc were from that town. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom made it difficult to bring our suitcases upstairs.

Positive: Easy walking to good restaurants and convenience of supermarket nearby. Fantastic balcony to watch the world go by.

Negative: Be aware of narrow spiral staircase to get to bedrooms.

Positive: A lovely apartment over two floors located in the centre of the harbour village of Ayia Efimia. Within a few metres of the apartment there are lots of tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. Also several car hire businesses, a bus stop and a taxi rank. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a choice of three balconies to sit on and soak in the atmosphere with views over the harbour and mountains. We were there as a couple but there is plenty of room for a family or two couples. The bedrooms had air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen which has everything you might need such as washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, family dining table and a great ice making gadget which was in daily use!

Negative: Nothing worth mentioning!

Summary: Great place to relax and people watch.
