Positive: It was a 10 minute drive to Parco Mall, and also 10 minutes to the San-A by Round 1. The beds were pretty comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for a short vacation stay. It was very clean when we checked in.

Negative: There was no convenience store or restaurant within walking distance, meaning to do anything required a taxi or a rental car.

Summary: Clean Room, Comfortable beds, not close to convenience stores.

Positive: Location was great and the place was well taken care of. Easy walking distance to most things and great view. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to stay.

Negative: They aren't setup very well for long term stays. We had to contact them several times to pickup trash and they multiple times did not come. They seem to have policies setup well for short stays but longer stays seemed to confuse the process.

Positive: very nice quiet spot close to parco city mall. Very clean and the decorations and patio set the mood for a calming relaxing day.
