Positive: Tom and the rest of the crew were really nice and helpful. All the activities were great fun — the kayaking, the swimming, and the trip to the village on Cat Ba Island! The room was also very good, with wide windows so you can wake up to a breathtaking landscape. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Negative: I just wish we had a little more time for swimming, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Positive: The boat is spotless and the staff can’t do enough for you. Our host Mong, was really keen to make sure everyone was happy. The food is fantastic and it just keeps coming. Not a bad word to say about the service and the staff.

Negative: Nothing to complain about at all

Summary: A fantastic (if not a little rushed) cruise. We were well looked after and ridiculously well fed. A fantastic trip.

Positive: We had a fabulous stay on Venezia cruise! The beds were super comfortable, food was lovely and the staff were all so kind and helpful - a special shoutout to Tony our tour guide who was brilliant! We loved the kayaking and cooking class activities also

Positive: I especially appreciated that we had free time between activities. I didn't feel rushed throughout the schedule. Also, on the second day, we went early to do a bicycle ride. When we were done, lots of tourists were arriving. We were happy to be there early before the crowd. They were very generous with the food. Boat was quiet at night which was nice. The bed was very comfy! A cruise in the Bay is definitely a must.

Positive: Really a great tour and it needs to be on the must do list when staying in the area. I booked one night to stay on board but I recommend if the personal time schedule allows 2 days or more to relax will also be good. Thanks to Jan to be so helpful that I reached the port in time. Like a friend in the background taking care of me. Thanks to "Tiger" aka Tangh being our knowledgable tour guide who took care of us all the time. All crew members are incredibly friendly and all are very welcoming. A trip which I definitely will always remember.

Positive: Lovely room, atmospheric dining room, lots of great food & drink, pleasant areas on deck, wonderful activities (except for the fish farm visit)

Negative: Property was all great though one activity disappointed us, namely the fish farm visit. This felt like it was purely a tourist set up & seemed cruel, disregarding the welfare of the fish at the expense of ‘entertaining’ the tourists
