Positive: The room had amazing views of the Burj Khalifa as promised and Venetian homes also provided us with additional amenities along with what was already complimentary. The housekeeping team ensured the property was left spotless and everything was well looked after, during our stay there. Aftab dealt with any queries we had as soon as possible and made sure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. He was available 24/7 and even took the time out to welcome us in person and introduce us to the other facilities they had available at Grand Signature Residences. In addition to this he also guided us in ways of making our vacation more productive and cost effective i.e which attractions were worth visiting first and best places to wine and dine based upon our location and personal preferences. Thank you Aftab and Venetian Homes for your great service and hospitality.

Negative: I just wished I had the opportunity to stay longer and see more of Dubai.

Summary: Absolutely amazing and an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever.

Positive: The apartment was a 10. Congratulations! Everything was very good. The cleanliness was impeccable, the top amenities, with a massage chair, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms generous. The positioning of this apartment is incredible....in front of the Burj Kalifa. The residential complex has a cafe, gym and swimming pool. 10!!!

Positive: The apartment is well equipped for a family with children. It is cosy, clean, and safe. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It has a breathtaking view on the fountain, Burj Khalifa and the city. Highly recommended. The staffs were also very nice and helpful, especially Aftab/Muhammad.
