Positive: The host were great, extremely nice and helpful. Location was good, quiet part of town but still short walk from the centre. Rooms were nothing special, but each had AC, bathroom and fridge which was nice. Bathrooms are very small with combined shower and toilet, however this was never a problem. The place has a nice spacious garden that fits 2-3 cars and is perfect to relax during the warm summer days. Some bikes were also provide which made going to the centre even easier. We stayed with 14 people and had a great stay. There is a combined common room with plenty of cutlery and kitchenware. It was easy to cook meals for large groups there.

Negative: No major problems or disadvantages. Bathrooms are tiny as mentioned above, but clean and usable. Only minor thing is that there were a crazy number of mosquitos each night outside. However some mosquito spray solved this problem effectively.

Positive: this accommodation is very suitable for a group of friends or larger groups, the rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. A large kitchen with a meeting place, the kitchen has everything you need, including two washing machines. parking is in the yard behind the gate (very safe), there is a beach and small shops not far from the accommodation, but most of the shops were ending the season during our stay and were closed (September 18) check in was smooth and the hosts were helpful

Negative: maybe it's just that the shower is nearby the toilet (in one room without a partition), but that's common in these places
