Summary: We loved this property and it was such a great location near downtown Vela Luka. It was ideal for our large family of 9 adults. There is a lot to do on the Island of Korcula and we rented two cars for two days for under 200 Euro total from Atlas Rentals near the ferry stop. We visited Korcula, with gorgeous water views and visited two wineries. We hit two beaches on separate days. Swimming in late May was a little cool, but still doable. The house had two roof top terraces and an interior courtyard open to the air above along with a huge family room. We had plenty of sleeping space or two couples and 5 single adult children. Bernard (owner) and Vjeko (local host) were awesome and had the best communication of any host on VRBO. Vjeko arranged bus transportation for all 9 of us to our final Croatian stop in Dubrovnik on the morning of our departure for 320 Euro, which I thought was a good deal given 9 travelers with luggage. We really enjoyed this home and can recommend it highly. Bill C.

Summary: We had the pleasure of spending two weeks there with our five children and the house turned out to be just perfect for our needs. Equipped with everything you could ask for and with a very tasteful interior, we enjoyed the hospitality of the island of Korcula and would definitely return here for another stay. Housekeeper is very helpful and 'easy'. If you need that much space (five bedrooms), it's probably hard to find a better place.
