Summary: We had a great stay, the views were stunning and only 5mins walk to the beach. It’s a great place for surfing , bike riding , shopping and eating out.The only downside the bars can be a little noisy especially at the weekend, however it did not spoil our stay.

Summary: "Very nice and clean appartment with seewiev. Note that the wiev in the picture is partial due to the building in front. Everything you need for an entertaining and relaxing holiday is just nearby. Some noise from the street at night made it difficult to leave the terressedoors open. It was therefore nice with the aircon."

Summary: "Absolutely fantastic. Would stay in this accommodation again in a minute. Owners, two of the nicest people you could meet and everything went as smoothly as anything. Very highly recommended - we have stayed in Praia da Rocha several time, including Algarve Casino, Oriental, Luar and more and this was the best."

Summary: "Me and my wife in the last ten years spent one or two weeks in Algarve every year, we know most of the famous beaches in Algarve, and Praia da Rocha is one of our best beaches, so we decided to rent a apartment and stay one week at Praia da Rocha, before we used to come just for a day or two. About the Apartement Varandas da Rocha: In the first place the owners, Carla and Joao Alexandre Santos are a very lovely couple,we found the apartment very clean, you will find every thing you need in the apartement: kitchen, bathroom, living room, bed room and the two balconys to feel as you are at home. From the 10th floor you have a magnificient view to the beach and see. The Shops, Restaurants the Beach is less then five minutes, downstairs at nightime even when there is noise at the street it is very quite in the apartment. and for people that do not like the beach, there are two swimming pools in the building. So for all of this I can say to the owners (Muito Obrigado)Thank you very Much, and (Ate a Proxima) If possivel we would like to come back again. From Cyrano & Tina"

Summary: "The first thing you notice when you arrive in the apartment is how clean it is and then the spectular view of the beach. This apartment has everything you need and the small touches shows how well it is maintained. When you walk outside it has everything you require on a holiday, bar(€1.50 pint), supermarket with Visa machine, all souvenir shops and best of all the beach. This has some great resturants, from the Chinese upstairs on the main street or Nana's for great breakfasts to sober you up. The Alexandre's are professionals at what they do, make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible."

Summary: "Praia Da Rocha has the most gorgeous beach and the view of the beach from this apartment is great, you can see right across the bay. Really central for supermarket(downstairs), souvenir shops everything is on your doorstep and for bigger shops, the town is only €3-4 taxi ride away. The resort is lively and lots of late night venues if you can stay up that long. This apartment has everything you would need and stays nice and cool when it is warm outside. The owners came and collected us from the airport for a small fee and they are a really nice couple and very kind. Some very good restaurants and some not so good so ask around as there is a wide choice. I wish I was there now!"

Summary: The apartment is a small, beautifully kept property ideal for 1 or 2 couples (or 2/3 lads/ladies) in a lively spot just off of the brilliant praia de rocha. The owners have provided all the little touches that will make your stay a pleasant one, great attention to detail. The view from the 10th floor is magnificent, one of the best features in our opinion. The owners are a lovely couple who bend over backwards to make sure you have a good stay, (a problem with the sofabed was rectified with a brand new one immediately) and access is fine, as is finding the very distinctive block. Although busy (superb spot for shopping, nightlife, beachcombing and arranging travel and excursions) the night time noise from downstairs will only trouble the lightest sleepers, as the height of the apartment makes noise levels comfortable. All in all a great stay in a lovely spot, the price between 4 people even at peak is very good value for money. Thank you for a lovely stay Mr & Mrs Alexandre!
