Summary: This hotel is understaffed and very outdated. Lines to check in were long. Rooms are very tiny and look like a Y2K era Tuscan kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean except mold in shower around fixtures. Wouldnt book this one again.

Summary: The facilities are quite beautiful. It’s a great part of town, which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Close to walking by the water. The room is very clean, the staff is very kind and accommodating. I had a great stay overall. The gym is 10/10 for a hotel gym also ~ I was very happy with it! I loved that there is a bathtub separate from the shower in the room. The bath is small but effective for a small person. The only thing I wish was different was the building has alot of EMF radiation, I had a challenging time sleeping because of the humming sound (which not everyone can hear) if you are sensitive to EMF I wouldn’t suggest staying here, but if you can put up with it and want to have a great coal harbor area experience this is a fantastic spot to stay for ease of getting around. The restaurant was also pretty good.
