Summary: I didn’t like the staff behavior

Summary: The lobby was always lively and the pianists/vocalists were talented. We enjoyed the decor in the Botanist dining room and the perks of the gold lounge. There were many extras in our room such as a smart toilet, an essential oil diffuser, eucalyptus spray for the shower, a Dyson hair dryer, a garment steamer, and spare charging cables. The view of the snow capped mountains from our room on the 20th floor was amazing. Our only complaints would be that the bed had high and low spots and the room lighting system was not able to be personalized, for instance you have all lights on or all lights off.
